01 About the role

Pretty Good Group runs 15 channels across Must Do, The Bantr and Place Notes, covering things to do, culture, news and places worth knowing. As a Social Content Producer in Los Angeles, you'll find the stories, spots and moments people want to see and turn them into posts that travel. You'll make content daily and see its impact in real time.

02 What you'll do

• Pitch, shoot, edit and publish short-form video and social posts for our channels
• Scout Los Angeles for new openings, events, hidden gems and the stories behind them
• Follow trends and culture closely and move quickly when something is worth covering
• Help produce branded and sponsored content that feels as good as our editorial
• Watch performance, learn from what works and keep raising the bar

03 What we're looking for

• Experience creating content for social platforms like TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
• Strong shooting and editing skills, from your phone to editing apps
• A sharp eye for what's interesting, new or worth sharing in Los Angeles
• Strong storytelling instincts and a voice that fits social
• Reliability, curiosity and comfort with a fast, daily publishing pace

04 Nice to have

• Comfort appearing on camera
• Experience producing branded or sponsored social content
